THE ESTAZ STORY
What you are about to read is not just another Odyssey that our great granddads used to tell us before we went to bed; this is the real story of a group of new-day entrepreneurs who share a common, steadfast belief in the potential of esports, that remains pretty much untapped in our region.
Let’s be clear! Our region is the Middle East and North Africa, AKA MENA. It’s our hood, our home turf.
We have lived and breathed its air long enough to know that there is a new generation of athletes, of rebels and oddballs, that have been left on the bench far too long. While many tried to stereotype them, we are in awe of their attitude and courage.
We call them e-athletes because they dream big, play hard, and constantly strive to reach new heights in their gaming career. They are fearless in the pursuit of their goal: to become professional esports players against all odds, and prejudices. There’s a good chance you’re one of them.
We believe that your talent deserves to be nurtured and to grow to its full potential. We are aware that esports in our region has been uncatered. But times are changing. There’s a new wave of esports sweeping through in all directions. We have ridden that wave from the get-go, to provide you with the right ecosystem and tools that will help you hone your esports skills and become a master e-athlete. Or as the world will soon know you as: an ESTAZ.

ESTAZ is proudly the MENA leading fully-fledged esports and active gaming tournament and league operator in MENA, creating and producing unique Arabic esports content for the region.
Our mission is to grow the state of esports in our region by creating a professionally comprehensive esports and immersive gaming ecosystem where esports talent is nurtured to reach global calibers, and where brands engage in a direct conversation with the GEN Z and the millennials that have become quite un-reachable on conventional media.
We uphold healthy esports as our brand cause and pledge to undertake steps towards this end.

ESTAZ will only play global games that are most relevant to the MENA esports audience and will fervently encourage MENA-born game developers to create world-class games. Broadcasters are our brothers-in-arms. They enjoy the carriage rights of our league, whilst cross-promoting ESTAZ to the MENA audiences.
Our 3rd strategic ally are Brands that wish to shed their skin and wear the esports mantle. But not every brand is welcome with arms wide open by the esports crowds. The latter are digital natives, driven by social causes and will only associate with brands that share their belief system and somehow add value to the world they live in. Small wonder why we are very careful in our choice of sponsors.

If COVID-19 has taught us something it is that the work environment as we know it is long gone and won’t be coming back. Corporate culture has changed; it rewards those that welcome risk and allow for failures until the process is refined
and mastered.
ESTAZ is not just another cool brand name; well maybe it is! Fact is, it is a cultural cry, a motto that our people live by.
Esports: this is what we do. It is who we are! It is our lingua franca. The onus falls on each and every one of us to live and breathe esports and constantly push themselves to learn more.

Always opt for the best possible solution, the good-enough that allows you to act or react swiftly, achieve positive results, test them, and improve the overall score.
